This fee includes all standard wind/hail claims. Minimal interior damage with no more than two additional structures(Shop/shed/Barn)
If measurements are not provided, we will order an Eagle View or Hover report. If these reports are not available, hand measurements will be taken on site.

Structural claims are handled at $150 per hour or $6 per square foot adjusted for damage. The charge will be the lesser of the two.
Hand measurements are part of the handling fee of $150 per hour
If a Matterport is needed for detailed measurements on an extensive interior loss, we will have the property surveyed by a Matterport expert and pass on the fee. We do not mark this up.
Farm and Ranch are any claim that has more than three buildings total.
This fee covers the first three structures on the property
This fee is only charge above the first three structures and would include sheds, grain bins, barns, shops, lean-to, hay barns, etc.... This includes measurement fees.
Maximum one hour per pivot, fence, or full irrigation pipe system.
The charge for fencing is not charged for fence around a residence and only considered for large wind breaks, corrals, or livestock panels outside of the normal residential use.

Minimum fee for commercial projects
The hourly fee of $200 per hour kicks in after 25 hours and can be capped based on the size of the claim, number of buildings and type of loss.
Actual cost of measurements is passed on directly with no mark up. We only pull measurements for areas that are needed to complete a fair evaluation of the cost of damages.
